How many calories do these DVD's burn?


Could you please tell me how many calories would I burn doing these two DVD's?

- Rosemary Conleys ULTIMATE Whole Body Workout

- Tricia Penrose BEFORE and AFTER Body Blitz.

I normally guess but would like to really know.

The Rosemary Conley's ULTIMATE Whole body Workout would burn approximately 186 calories for the 35-minute aerobic workout and 107 calories for the 20-minute body conditioning session.

For the before and after body blitz, by Tricia Penrose, you would burn approximately 262 calories per hour. This would incorporate all of the 6 sections: Warm Up, Fat Burner, 10 minute Body Blitz, High Tone for your arms, shoulders and thighs, Low Tone, (for stomach and hips) and a cool down.
