Hi how many caloires are burned by the following DVD's:
- Beach Bum Workout DVD
- Weight Watchers 'Move More' DVD? I tend to do 30 min combination most mornings. And the combo changes each time I put the DVD on which I find good but have no clue on how many calories I would have burned.
For the Beach bum workout DVD, I would suggest a figure in the region of 310 calories, due to the DVD?s effective cardio conditioning style and good total approach from the four 10minute workouts provided, each focusing on a specific areas, (legs, bum, tummy and arms).
For the Weight watchers DVD I would suggest 345 calories. This DVD has actually received excellent reviews and it is likely due to its four section structure, each offering different exercise styles for the individual to choose from. The four sections include:
Relax and Flex - deemed to be the perfect way to warm up, with stretching exercises based on yoga and pilates. This gentle section will keep your body supple.
Tone and Trim- which involves resistance routines using weights, as well as your own weight, to tone different body parts, including arms, legs, bums and tum.
Energise- to build up your cardiovascular fitness, this high impact section, which is divided into three 10 minutes cardio routines including aerobics, boxercise and dance. This will be a large calorie-burning section.
Combination - this is for those who are really taking off with their exercise, this section is a mix of the others, with toning and cardio routines to push you even further.
Hope these figures help,
