The portion is 4 biscuits, which IS a bit high especially if you add yoghurt as recommended. I have 3 with fruit juice and tea and I like them. Personally I don't find them salty.

Disappointing
These taste like overly salty hobnobs and at over 200 kcals for a pack of 4 really aren't worth the calories.
