Will my weight loss slow if I focus only on cycling?

Hi Kelly,

I have lost over 1 stone and one of the reasons why I lost the weight is my cycling training. I want to start competing next season. I know that when your body gets used to the same exercise, it will not use the same amount of calories and that one should alternate work outs to lose weight. Personally, I am not going to swap my cycling for any other sport ... I do go to the gym when the weather is not good, but I have been lucky to find enough sunshine to go out 3 times a week on the bike for the past 2 weeks for longer spins... Am I less likely to lose weight cycling if I keep up with it? I want to lose another 15lbs and then maintain the weight.
