Why have I lost inches but not weight?

Hi, I have been going to the gym since 9th May 2 times a week for an hour and 10 mins each time. I do 10 min warm up on bike, 15 mins on the cross trainer, 2000 metres on the rower, 10 mins walk on a 9% incline on the treadmil and 20 mins of various weight machines. Plus I am doing body pump or body combat at least 2 times a week and yet I have not lost an ounce! My waist has gone down by just over an inch and so have my hips but why no weight loss?? Please help. thanks.
