I joined a week ago and even if I haven't (officially) gone on the scale yet I know it is working for me to calculate (helps me to be careful to what I eat).
I was just wondering if there was a best way to divide your allowed calories during the day.
I know it is not good but I don't have time to take breakfast in the morning (1 coffee and 1 cappucino before work is the best I do). I am French and normally lunch is a big meal for us, but now I am so careful with the number of calories I use that I am starving at dinner time and I am left with more than half of my daily allowance (which means that I double the portion in the evenings which I know is not the best)
Any advice?
