What is the healthiest chinese dish?

H. Tihis is my first week and my weigh day is Sunday but I'm going to a Chinese restaurant Saturday night for my nephew's 21st. I don't want to ruin my first week as I've been very good, can you suggest a healthy option for me? Thank you.

Healthy Chinese options include steamed dishes like Szechwan prawns, or prawns with  ginger and spring onions. The real no-nos are battered dishes like sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken, and you should ideally always go for plain boiled rice (not fried) and only half a portion too. Crispy seaweed, spring rolls and prawn crackers aren’t clever choices either, so why not swap for a starter of low cal chicken and sweetcorn soups instead? It will fill you up prior to your main course and  is only around 100 cals per serving.

Another  healthy option, but still probably around 750 calories depending on portion size, is  chicken chow mein. The good thing about it though is that it comes with noodles so you don't have to order side dishes and tends to have only reasonable salt and saturated fat levels. Opting for a mushroom chow mein,  if they have it on the menu, is better still.
