Help I'm sabotaging my diet with a chocolate binge!

I am pretty new to the site and am having a really bad chocolate day, is there any help for me on stopping this stupid sabotage to my diet already. Could really do with some help.

Maybe you could start by not being so hard on yourself... we all slip up from time to time! However don't let yourself off to the point where you don?t enter all this chocolate into your diary - knowing the extent to which your chocolate binge is screwing up your attempts to slim is important and you need to face up to it. But try to do so in a constructive way and work out what time of day and what emotions / activities are associated with the chocolate eating. Then you can work out ways to distract yourself or perhaps eat something more substantial or satisfying earlier to head off the munchies. By the way, one of my top chocolate tips is to grate chocolate - it makes a little go a long way and you don't get through as much!
