Cantaloupe and peach
25ml pure apple juice
1/4 cantaloupe melon
2 peaches
1 orange
1/2 a banana
1 wedge of lemon
Pop the apple juice, melon, peaches (stones removed) into the blender and squeeze in the juice from the orange. Whizz together and finish off by stirring in squeeze of lemon juice. Makes two servings.
Pineapple, Blueberry & Peach
1/2 an orange
1/2 a pineapple
1/2 a banana
2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
Some ginger root
Chop and core the pineapple, peel and chop the banana. Pop these in the blender with the blueberries, juice from the orange and the blueberries. Peel and grate a 1-2cm chunk of ginger and add. Whizz everything together to make one generous serving.
