Nutracheck – Terms of Challenge

1. The Make a Difference Challenge is operated by Nutratech Ltd (company no. 5093196), registered office: The Point (Suite H), Welbeck Road, Nottingham, NG2 7QW.
2. By signing up for the Make a Difference Challenge you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The challenge is open to all Nutracheck members (aged 18 and over).
4. Details on how to sign up and participate in the challenge are posted on our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the Nutracheck forum.
5. There are 4 x £50 Amazon gift vouchers to be won during the challenge – one each week:
• Week one: the 7 day diary streak must be completed between 3^rd and 9^th January 2022 to be eligible to enter the weekly draw.
• Week two: the 7 day diary streak must be completed between 10^th and 16^th January 2022 to be eligible to enter the weekly draw.
• Week three: the 7 day diary streak must be completed between 17^th and 23^rd January 2022 to be eligible to enter the weekly draw.
• Week four: the 7 day diary streak must be completed between 24^th and 30^th January 2022 to be eligible to enter the weekly draw.
6. The weekly winner must have completed a 7 day unbroken streak of maintaining a full diary during each date range. A nutritionist will check and verify the completed diary days – our decision is final. If there is more than one eligible participant, a winner will be picked at random.
7. The prizes are as stated – no cash or other alternative available. Subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. The weekly winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. NutraTech Ltd's decision regarding all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. We will publish each weekly winner's name in the forum and on our social channels. By entering your results, you agree that Nutracheck can share your first name or forum name if you are a winner.
10. This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to NutraTech Ltd and not to any other party.
11. NutraTech Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the challenge rules will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
