Nutracheck - Terms of Challenge

1. The ’21 for 2021’ challenge is operated by Nutratech Ltd (company no. 5093196) whose registered office is at NutraTech Ltd, The Point (Suite H), Welbeck Road, Nottingham, NG2 7QW.
2. By signing up for the '21 for 2021' challenge, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The challenge is open to all Nutracheck members aged 18 years or over except employees of NutraTech Ltd and their close relatives.
4. Route to entry for the challenge and details of how it will work are via the link posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and in the official Nutracheck forum.
5. The 21 day streak of maintaining a full diary must be completed by 31st January 2021. Any participants with streak dates extending beyond the end of January will not be eligible to win a prize.
6. The winner must have completed a 21 day unbroken streak of maintaining a full diary, adhering to their daily calorie target (plus or minus 150 calories) throughout. Participants using the 'combined' diary view may find they have extra calories left over at the end of the day if they have recorded a lot of activity. There is no requirement to eat back these calories - providing a full food diary has been recorded, the day will count towards the streak. The completed diary days will be checked and verified by a nutritionist - our decision is final. The prize is a £150 Amazon gift voucher. In the event of there being more than one eligible participant, a winner will be picked at random.
7. The runner up will be the participant who maintains a full diary, adhering to their daily calorie target (plus or minus 150 calories) for the next best number of days. Participants using the 'combined' diary view, may find they have extra calories left over at the end of the day if they have recorded a lot of activity. There is no requirement to eat back these calories - providing a full food diary has been recorded, the day will count. The completed diary days will be checked and verified by a nutritionist - our decision is final. The prize is a £100 Amazon gift voucher. In the event of there being more than one eligible participant, someone will be picked at random.
8. NutraTech Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the challenge rules will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
9. The prizes are as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered and the prizes are not transferable. Subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The winner will be notified by email or DM on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter w/c 1st February 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. NutraTech Ltd's decision in respect of all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
