I started Nutracheck about 4 years ago and lost 1 and half stone, but then stopped. I gave up smoking back in December and put weight on, so I decided that this year I would start again and this time I wasn't going to give up. I started my new journey on 20th January 2020.
I have the beginning of rheumatoid arthritis and losing weight, eating healthy and exercising will help with it.
I heard about Nutracheck when I searched for apps to help with dieting.
My weight has been up and down most of my adult life.
I work shifts so as long as I food plan and organise my menu, then I don't have any problems.
I have missed eating takeaways, I haven't had one this year. And I have pretty much stopped drinking.
I feel so much better in myself. I feel like I have more confidence and I am a lot healthier.
A notable milestone was losing the first stone, and the hardest was losing this last stone - it just didn't seem to want to leave me.
The only advice I would give is to not give up and get downcast if it doesn't go your way on the scales one week. If I can do it, you can do it. Last week I went out for 3 bike rides, in total I went just under 50 miles!
