I have lost 4st 0.8lbs 56.8lbs 25.8kg in 6 months.
At the start of lockdown, I ate far too much and exercised too little. I didn't like the weight gain and decided to do something positive about it. So I focused on losing weight and becoming fitter.
My husband and I were looking through the App Store at weight loss apps and came across Nutracheck. After looking into it, we decided it could work for us and decided to give it a go - we haven't looked back!
I've always struggled with my weight and never managed to find a weight loss plan that worked until now.
Once I got going it was easy to fit the changes into my daily routine. I started to walk more and eventually that turned into running and the gym. I also took time to plan my meals in order to stay within my daily calorie allowance. These habits are now part of my new daily routine.
The most difficult thing was getting used to smaller portions and feeling hungry at times. However, now that I am used to the smaller portions, I can now see how much I was overeating. My body has adapted and I’m not as hungry.
I feel amazing now. I feel fitter, healthier, happier and I have more energy. I am confident in how I look and what I wear. Before I felt tired, sluggish and my confidence wasn't great about the way I looked.
Dropping a clothes size from 16/18 to a size 10. I am also able to now run 5k happily - and actually enjoy it!
