The daily target for fibre is 30g a day! On average, we're managing around 17g – so many of us simply aren't getting anywhere near enough.
Fibre has been a particularly hot nutrient in the press this year and for good reason - it's hugely important for our health. It's vital for our digestive health, has been shown to benefit heart health and can also help aid weight loss.
