If you have a special occasion coming up or just fancy a few more calories for the weekend, I'm going to show you a great feature.

Tap the blue button, select 'Diary Preferences' then 'Easier Days'. I like to enjoy a treat at the weekend so I'm ticking Saturday and Sunday.

Then I just tap 'save' and my calorie allowance is redistributed over the week to give me a few more calories to play with at the weekend!
