To stop your Website & App membership renewing monthly:
- Sign into the Nutracheck.co.uk website and hover over the 'Profile' tab in the top navigation bar. Look in the drop down for 'My Account' > 'View payment history'.
- Click on the link at the bottom of the page to 'Cancel my monthly subscription'.
- Look out for an email from WorldPay confirming the FuturePay Agreement has been cancelled. If you do not receive this, please contact us.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date as we regret that no refunds can be made if you cancel after the renewal date has passed and your next membership month has started. If you wish, you can cancel the renewal straight after purchasing so no further payments will be taken when your initial membership term is up.
In the event that you do not use your account, cancellation will not automatically take place and your account will continue to be charged until you cancel it by following the steps above, or contacting us.
