Using the Meals & Recipes Creator

How do I add a meal or recipe I've made at home?

Tap 'My Meals' in the bottom menu bar, then select your meal occasion from top carousel. Enter the name of your meal or recipe and number of servings, then tap 'Next' (top right on screen). Nutracheck will suggest ingredients that may be helpful – select the ones you want (or 'Skip' – top right). Now tap 'Add' (top right) and continuing searching for any further ingredients. If you wish to alter the quantity of the ingredient(s) Nutracheck suggested, just tap on the item and select 'Edit' from the bottom menu.

When you have finished creating your recipe, tap 'Save' (top right). You have the option to add your own photo, or use the picture Nutracheck suggest, or select a montage of ingredients in your meal. 'Tap 'Save', then add a serving to your Diary by selecting a meal occasion. This recipe will now be saved in your personal recipe book.

How do I add a meal or recipe I have previously saved in my recipe book to my diary?

Tap on 'My Meals' in the bottom menu bar, select the meal occasion you saved it under, tap into the recipe, select a meal occasion to add a serving to your diary.

How do I edit a meal or recipe I have previously created?

Tap on 'My Meals' in the bottom menu bar, select the meal occasion you saved it under, tap into the recipe and then 'Edit' (top right on screen).

Can I share my recipes with other members?

Yes. Tap on 'My Meals' in the bottom menu bar, select the meal occasion your recipe is saved under, tap into the recipe then use the share icon top right on screen (next to 'Edit'). You have the option to send it to your contacts via various social media channels, or share in the Nutracheck forum.
