Q.

Only seem to lose a pound or two. Any ideas?

Can you help I seem to have been dieting for a while, even joined weightwatchers but did not seem to lose hardly any weight. A pound here or there. What am I doing wrong? I drink a lot of water and try and eat fruit and veg.

Thanks for your question, I think when you sent it in you had only been a member at this site for a couple of weeks, so I?d be intrigued in a couple of weeks more to know how you are actually doing! That?s because we seem to have many people who have struggled at other diets who do well on this one, primarily becasue it addresses the key issue in losing weight which is calorie control. To maximise your results, weigh ingredients rather than guessing, eat a varied diet every day (meeting you 5 a day fruit and veg which you already are) always have a good breakfast, drink plenty of water (again you are doing this) and choose foods that will keep you fullest for the fewest calories (soups, pulses, lean meat and porridge spring to mind!) I hope this helps and do let me know if you are still struggling.
