Hi, I ve been doing Nutracheck for 6 weeks now and lost 2 pounds every week except last which i just lost 1/2 pound. For my exercise I did walking.
Now I want to join the gym and wound like to know what is the best exercise for me since I am still 105.5 kg and have had bad back problems. My back is fine now, but I am scared that with the wrong exercise I will hurt it again. The gym has a pool so I am thinking of swimming but I still want to do something more to get my stomach and back stronger. Any advice?
