Boots Shapers Tikka Flatbread
Value for money:
This isn't bad price for a lunch time sandwich. Especially when bought in a Meal Deal as it is only £3.30 for a sandwich, snack and a full sized drink. On it's own it's on par with other highstreet stores.
Worth the calories?:
This has 271 calories and there is a reason for this - the amount of filling is appauling! I unwrapped the flatbread to put some extra salad in, and it's a good job I did, as there was the equivelent of about a tablespoon of Chicken Tikka filling, all in the middle so you had to dry ends, with a bit in the middle. The salad was a few shreds of baby gem lettuce topped with minted yogurt. If I hadn't had the salad added (AND on the side) I would have been starving. On it's own....it would have done the trick for about 2 hours max.
Rating out of 5:
2. The filling amount of filling was shocking, however what was there did taste nice, but the minted yogurt was very over powering and I had dry ends to my flatbread!
