How much weight will I lose in 5 weeks at 1000 cals a day?

I'm 5ft 3in and weigh 10st 5lb. If I take in 1000 calories per day and burn off 350 calories per day during exercise how much weight am I likely to lose in a week? I know this may not be the most healthy way to drop the pounds but it is only a five week thing so I can enjoy myself on holiday and not be ashamed by the way that I look. Please help.

On a conservative estimate this should lead to a weight loss of 2 pounds a week, - I?d say between 10 pounds and a stone in the five week period of time you are talking about. Don?t go less than 1000 calories though as I'm sure you want to be happy and healthy on your holiday as well as looking great!
